Mort graduated from Manchester High School (class of 1960), attended Providence College (class of 64), served in the US Army and joined Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in 1966. There, he enjoyed a long and successful career over 30 years, developing many rewarding relationships along the way. Mort received his MBA from the University of Hartford. He enjoyed very clean cars, UConn basketball, golf with friends and dinners out with family. He was an active member at Manchester Country Club. Mort was fortunate to have maintained several life-long friendships that began as early as his time at St James school. Those friends were dedicated to him and visited often to enjoy a laugh over these past difficult months. We are also very grateful to his care giver, Dora Tampuri Manan whose kindness was a true blessing.
