Laurie and Jess,
Jen and I would like to offer our condolences. We were so shocked to hear of Fran's passing. He truly was a kind and overall great person. He was always willing to help. I remember when we first moved in and we were struggling to get a large mattress in the house and he just came over and offered to help. He would stop by to say hi if he saw us outside. He used to honk his horn if he went by with the plow. Anytime I'd drive by some town workers I would look for Fran. Though we didn't see each other as often as we used to I would frequently think about him. I have so many great memories and we will miss him immensely.
