My sincere condolences to Tom, Melisa, Jeanette and the rest of the family. Mr. Luce was a very pleasant client, an unassuming man. I was Blessed to be one of his caregivers for about three months and cared for him on March 09, 2023 when he was safely taken over to the other side. Even going on his journey he took a little time and broke out singing his favorite song. Doh doh doh ray me…..
Mr. Luce resurrected my sports spirit and I would join him in cheering on his favorite teams like the UCONNS. He was unable to watch the men play on March 09 at 2:30 pm, but they WON for him. I will truly miss his warm smile, his funny side, his oopsey daisy when he stood up, his little songs and most of all his pathing words when I left his apartment briefly or was ending my shift…”drive careful”. Heaven got another Angel that day. May he Rest in Eternal Peace and have fun with the Angels.
