Nick and I are so sorry to have learned of Jim's passing. There are so many memories of picnics, card games, holiday buffets, his wit, humor and of course those famous bagna calda dinners. May he rest in peace knowing of the many lives he made better by knowing him.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim for many years at UConn Health. The world would be a better place if we all lived our lives like Jim did. He had a great sense humor and always had a very level headed approach to all aspects of what he did whether it was life in general or work related. He was a good guy and an inspiration.
Cheers to Jim.

I had the honor of working with Jim at UCONN Campus Planning, he always had a quick wit and great Irish humor that made you smile even if we were at work. At the end of his workday he would always check with him wife to see if she needed anything before leaving. Truly a devoted husband and family man who loved having his family so close by him.
God bless you Jim.

Jim was one of the finest men I've known. He and Theresa were very kind to me at a difficult time in my life and I'm grateful to them. I am proud to be part of the Connolly family and I'm especially thankful that I was able to see Jim a few days before his death while I was visiting from Virginia. My love and condolences to his kids, grandkids, and their families. Carolee Connolly Jangraw
