My Uncle Nello, When i was a kid my fathers friends were my uncles but Nello was always one of my favorites. He had this energy that was so positive, he was one of the funniest guys and i’m so blessed that god placed him in my dads life so i could have him as this amazing uncle. I always wanted to be like my dad and nello, i wanted to create the same memories they made in highschool with my friends and i did. I never got to share those memories with him which breaks me to this day. Nello was a man i looked up to and i always will. He worked so hard on his passions, when he lived with my father and I he was always working on glass in the garage or helping my dad with whatever he needed help with. One winter my dad and nello stayed up nights working outside on fixing our water pipe. I didn’t think about it then but that was really true love and brotherhood, i couldn’t name a single friend i know who would do that for me but, nello had the biggest heart and most importantly the biggest smile. I miss his hugs i miss his voice, and i could list of so many things i miss about him. I will learn from this day and carry you with me. Your brother Earl said you wanted to start working out which is my passion everyday that i go i will work so hard in that gym and take out all this emotion from this and turn it into something positive. Nello you made such a big impact on my life and you never knew it, I wish i got to talk to you more after high school because we could have gone hours and hours on the things i did in high school and all my favorite music, I understand your fear of hospitalization i have the same fears so i can’t blame you but i will take that fear when i go to the military and i will make sure i am the best combat medic our U.S has. I love you Uncle Nello may you fly high with baby blue .

Jackson I never read that before that is the most beautiful thing in the world I love that story all the stories you told. And that's so funny when I read you'll miss his voice cuz his voice was like the fucking coolest

We hit many fishing spots over the years I remember we would have a few beers slung in his fishing net in case “if we didn’t catch anything at least we’d catch a buzz”. The Lake on Lake St jumpin off the rope swing! Those were the days there were many days a lifetime of some of the best days I had growing up and even in the not too distant past. Nello was one of the best friends you could ask for, seriously he stood out with me in my front yard for over two weeks during a literal polar vortex hurricane snowstorm we worked many nights through the night until 6am snow accumulating on our backs excavating my front lawn. We cranked up the tunes and worked all through a few nights! Nello welded the main water line to my house! I’m going to keep writing down all of the things I remember, because I never want to forget them. Such a huge part of my journey has been affected by Nello the most unique and one of the most intelligent people I’ve known. From the living right around the corner Circa 1980 somethin’ way back as youngsters wrestling all around the house and the backyards to the front, to the whole neighborhood! To just a few years ago when we lived together Nello is the type of friend that when your truly down with him, he is your family. Nello in this way went around this earth blessing so many people! many of which loved him like family and as family would. Never will forget Nello coolest dude I ever knew!

you being in my life has been a a blessing to me. you always got me laughing even when I was at my lowest point , you being at my house and back yard was always interesting .. the nights I went out to the casino and you always say well did we win tonight .. how rich are we are you sharing :) I have missed you for a long Time since you got sick :( I Hope you knew I would always have your back . i miss them days always hoping for you to get well just to call or drop by the house .. you are always in my thoughts and prayers.. be at peace play with baby :( love ya buddy; prayers to my cousins I know this is a sad time and I Am sorry , I know He Is not in any more pain , my prayers are with you all..
