My condolences and prayers to the family. Ben was truly a special man and a blessings to so many of us, black students at QC. He did a lot to make sure we received well rounded, inclusive college experience. He opened his heart and home to us and shared his family. Prayers of comfort and strength to the family. He is truly missed but always remembered!
Bernie, I'm so sorry to read of the death of your dad in the Xavier newsletter. (All of our kids graduated from Xavier.) Mr. Hallums sounds like a wonderful man. I think you made him very proud. We will keep him, and you, in our prayers. Kathleen Grover
