Aunt Sandy -from my childhood far into my adulthood you always made me laugh with your sense of humor and your wit . You helped me when I was an infant feeding me with the tube and guided me as a adult with a strong sense of what is right and what is wrong . I remember vividly as a child walking from moms work to uncle Hal’s antique store asking them both what is all this “ old stuff !” And being schooled on the word antique .. I remember our discussions as you told me star wars was boring and I stated clearly you watched the wrong movie and our debates would start and most Christmas or bday I received a star wars thing from you ( even when you didn’t like it ) . I will miss Christmas Eve . I will miss being told that the I need I love the Red Sox and that I should know they are the best ! I will miss the back yard birthday parties for the kids that you and Grandma would come and fill the yard with your laughter! I will miss our talks when I would come over to fix something at the house and your toffy cookies that you knew were my favorite but most of all I will miss you ! Say hello to Grandma , Uncle Hal and of course Grandpa who I’m sure even there nobody is sitting in his Chair without getting tossed out ! Love you !

Oh dear Lord, what sad news. I met Sandy as a little girl, when she was a parishioner at Concordia Lutheran Church, which was my father's church (Pastor Paul Kaiser). Her whole family were members of the church. Sandy was our first babysitter when we lived on Parker Street (1960's). I remember her coming to babysit us with huge pink curlers in her hair. She was a riot. Lately, we would see each other at Concordia during church services, (when I am in Connecticut). She would always give me a nudge and ask me if I was behaving, and of course I told her "Never"!. She never lost her sense of humor. I am so sorry, Kim, that you lost your Aunt Sandy. She will always be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor. God bless you and your family Kim. Rest In Peace Sandy. See you on the other side someday.

Aunt Sandy, Just about every weekend I would go with you to Sue Farr's cottage in Westerly RI, we would go to Watch Hill, Theater by Sea, and on the way home stop at the Dew Drop Inn for lunch. Those are the memories that will be forever in my heart. Love you and say hi to Grandma and Grandpa for me.

Aunt Sandy - Thank you for all the wonderful memories growing up. Christmas Eve's at your house were the best. Thanksgivings at our house were never complete until you and Dad so lovingly fought about your Giants and his Cowboys - or the fight you guys had when you threw out the turkey giblets. Your birthday when Mom dropped your cake on the carpet right before reaching you. We still to this day talk about "Carpet Cake". You made the absolute best Angel Food Cake - no others will ever compare. We always knew which cards were from you with your recognizable hand writing in blue felt tip pen. Always playing pictionary with us even though I was such a sore loser but you and Ashlee always called me out on that.
So many memories I will never forget. You were so special to us and you will be greatly missed. I'm sure you had a beautiful reunion with Uncle Hal & Great Grandma up there
Until we meet again ... xoxo
