Lisa and Bob were neighbors to my parents. They were always there to lend a hand or just be a friend. The day my father passed was extremely difficult as it was sudden, unexpected and he was the caretaker for my mom. Additionally, there was a blizzard expected the next day. I had to leave work, grab what I could for an extended stay with my mom and rush over to their house. As soon as Lisa knew what had happened, she was there with kindness, friendship and food. All were needed and very, very much appreciated. I told Lisa that she was my angel that day and the days that followed. Lisa will always be my angel and I will never forget the kindness and friendship she offered so freely through the years to all of us. She will truly be missed.

Lisa was a dear and faithful friend. She cooked for me, always my favorite foods and made sure I always was well cared for, and loved. My children saw her goodness and would often ask for her. She was a devoted Mother and took so much pride in raising her son Bobby. She loved her husband Bob so much, and always so proud of his accomplishments through the years.
Her Christmas cookie swaps were legendary, and enjoyed by so many. She would cook for days, to provide a feast, for this day.
I will miss you so much Lisa, and our lets catch up phone calls...
